The Mid-Atlantic Section of the PGA has been serving its membership comprised of over 1100 PGA Professionals throughout Maryland, DC & Virginia for almost a century. The MAPGA maintains a wide range of responsibilities, including running an extensive tournament schedule, a robust junior golf program & assistance in a variety of ways to its membership. 

At the helm for well over a decade in his role as executive director, is Jon Guhl. We met at their headquarters in Stafford where Jon sat down and gave us the full rundown of the organization’s role, functionality, their involvement with this summer’s LPGA championship at Congressional and much more.
